Paying by Direct Debit will ensure your rent is paid automatically and securely on time, every time. You can choose the collection date and frequency (weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, or monthly) on any date to suit you. As per your agreement payments should be made in advance or within the same week as your charges are applied.
You can set up a Direct Debit by calling us on 0345 266 9760, then selecting option 1 at the prompt.
You will need a bank or building society account that will accept Direct Debit payments.
Direct or Faster Payments
Make a payment directly from your bank account to ours, if your bank participates in the Faster Payments service this could be with us within a few hours.
Log into your bank account via the Internet, phone banking or visit your bank and request to make a payment.
To set up the payment you will need the following information:
Chorus Homes Ltd (Account to be paid)
(Your tenancy reference number)
Only enter your tenancy reference number with no spaces or punctuation marks. Do not enter any other information.

You will only need to enter this information the first time you set up the payment request, the details will then be held within your bank account.
You can also pay your rent or any other charges for your tenancy using our online service.
You will need:
- Your debit or credit card details
- Your 19 digit number (payment reference number) from allpay. This can be found on your payment card (see below).
Automated Telephone Payment Service
Our automated telephone payment system enables you to make rent payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The payment process is simple with instructions.

- You will also need the 19, payment reference number found on your allpay payment card (see below)

You would have received a payment card when you moved into your home.
What is my payment card for?
This card contains your long 19 digit number (payment reference number). This is linked to your rent account and is used to identify you when you make payment. Please note the card itself has no monetary value so it is no use to anyone else.
This allows you to pay your rent using your 19 digit reference number from your card to use our telephone payment and online payment services.
If you have not received a card or have lost or mislaid your card we will not be able to replace but can provide you with your 19 digit number (payment reference number) number by calling 0345 266 9760 or emailing email@example.com
Please note these cards can no longer be used at PayPoints or Post Offices. Please use one of the above methods to make ongoing payments
