Resident scrutiny

Monitor performance, shape services, hold Chorus Homes to account.

FacebookTwitteremail Published , updated

The Chorus Homes resident scrutiny panel is a skilled and dedicated group of residents who analyse, review and monitor our services.

The panel monitors Chorus Homes performance in order to ensure that objectives are being consistently met and services are shaped around the needs of our residents.

A guide to scrutiny

The Resident Scrutiny panel has space for up to nine members and we are always looking for new people to join. We have produced a scrutiny pack which explains how the process works and how you can get involved. You can also view the scrutiny team’s terms of reference which outlines their role and remit as well as details on membership.

Full training is given to anyone wanting to become a member of the team.

The team has conducted reviews of service areas, policies, procedures and service standards within Chorus Homes and its recommendations are reviewed by senior management and the board prior to being implemented by the organisation.

If you are interested in joining or would like more information, please contact the resident involvement team.
