We are excited to highlight our amazing Community Inspiration Awards finalists and winners in this issue of In Tune.
All the finalists are winners, as they are individuals who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to improve the lives of others. The award categories are Good Neighbour, Community Spirit (Individual), Community Spirit (Group), Lifetime Achievement, Young Achiever and a special Judges Award.
In this issue we also highlight our wonderful Residents Conference which was led entirely by our tenants!
In September, we launched our ‘People First Strategy’ which sets out our goals for putting the experience of customers and colleagues at the heart of everything so that all our customers feel valued.
Our very involved resident, Janet Boston, has contributed a special article on Together with Tenants which is all about strengthening the relationship between housing providers and tenants.
There is so much more in this action-packed issue of In Tune, and don’t miss out on completing our customer opinion survey. You could win prizes including a first prize of £500. (Sorry, time's up!)
Enjoy your In Tune newsletter!
