Reporting on our residents conference

Residents and local Councillors joined staff for a morning of really good discussion and priority setting at our residents conference on 17 May.
The new ‘workshop style’ conference informed residents about our performance and gave opportunities for residents to have their say. It was a fantastic morning with lively and informative discussions and we received overwhelmingly positive feedback.
Residents helped us to identify how we are performing, which is incredibly valuable to us, as it helps us to grow and develop as an organisation and better understand our customers’ needs. You can see the outcomes in the table below, and we have already created a customer service action plan to take forward some exciting new initiatives.
