During April and May 2019 some of our residents experienced longer than expected waiting times when reporting repairs. This is because we were making changes to the way we arrange appointments for repairs.
Our new system ensures that we are are able to efficiently schedule and manage repairs.
Residents will start to experience some of the added benefits of the system which includes an appointment confirmation via text message and text updates when the Trade Operative is on their way to your home.
