We are taking part in the National Scrutiny Week from Monday 27 Sep – Friday 1 Oct 2021. It’s a chance for us to celebrate the impact of our scrutiny work and the difference our volunteers make.
National Scrutiny Week is hosted by Tpas, a not-for-profit organisation who promote, support and champion tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing across England. We aim to work together with our customers to have conversations that matter and help improve services that bring long-lasting change to communities.
Why is scrutiny important?
Our local customer scrutiny panel groups help make real improvements to the lives of our customers. They take a closer look at our services and procedures, making sure that the customer's voice is helping to shape our services for the better. It's time to celebrate the fantastic work done by our customer scrutiny panel members, who give their time and energy to make a real difference in our communities.

How to get involved?
You can join our local customer scrutiny panel groups to take a closer look at our services and procedures, making sure that the customer's voice is really helping to shape our services.
This year we'll be focusing on topics that we know scrutiny can have a massive impact on. We'll be talking about recruitment, complaints, anti-social behaviour, repairs and much more.
